Denunciation of The Constitution of the United States by judges and elected officials sworn to uphold it and defend it should be, and is, the most flagrant form of dishonesty. Yet, we see this almost every day in this country by out-of-control judges who either ignore or deliberately refuse to follow the documents handed down to us by our godly founding fathers.
Nevertheless, our federal judiciary, in violation of Constitutional requirements, bars jury members from learning of juror rights. An actual federal court directive states, "A district judge may not instruct the jury as to its (Constitutional) power to nullify."
