The last half of the eighteenth century brought about the
culmination of one of the greatest struggles any people can endure. A
people simply known as Americans placed their lives and fortunes on the
line and fought for the one thing that makes living worthwhile -
freedom.

The writers of our Constitution were men that carried a gun in one
hand and a pen in the other. They were strong, godly men who all their
lives had been subservient to another master and not in charge of their
own destiny. Their experience with despots was what dictated their
discharge of duties. Their blood, sweat, and tears were what guided
their thoughts to make sure that their posterity never had to endure
the same curse.

Unfortunately, the citizens of the United States are now in grave
danger of losing all the freedoms for which our founding fathers fought
so bravely and so courageously, and for which they sacrificed so much
for us. Can we save our country? Is it too late? Will God forsake
America?

The Bible places full responsibility for the state of our country on
Christians. We are where we are today mainly because of our willingness
to ignore the world around us and the One we call our Lord.
