Discontent and confusion exist today in every venue of human
society: family, government, economy, moral structure, education, and
the church.

Man has imagined everything possible to make our lives more
pleasurable and easier: automobiles, airplanes, telephones, cell
phones, air conditioning, radios, television, ipods, and lavish homes
and lifestyles.

However, life is more miserable for most of the people living in the world today. Why?

Our current president, who was elected this past November, is
certainly not responsible for the present economic woes of this nation
that have caused so much unemployment and loss of homes. However, when
nations crumble into crises, a totalitarian opportunist can place his
own bureaucracy in positions of authority and change the form of
government.

We must pray that our country continues to be one nation,
indivisible, under God. If not, then Christians will need to pray the
last prayer in the Bible: Even so, Come Lord Jesus!
