The Book of Enoch is another apocryphal book that is not included in the canon of the Holy Scriptures but was quoted by Jude in the New Testament, in Jude 14 and 15. Enoch was the great-grandfather of Noah yet Jude was familiar enough with The Book of Enoch hundreds of years later to include quotations from it in the New Testament.

The book mentions fallen angels, the appearance of the Messiah, and the establishment of God's Kingdom on this earth. Some of the text is similar to that of the Book of Revelation. If The Book of Enoch was important enough for Jude to quote from it, all Christians should spend some time in studying this fascinating book.
