Talking Christ for Christmas

Host: Larry Spargimino
Guest: David Benoit
News: Marvin McElvany

It’s going to happen again this year. You’re going to get together with a bunch of people who would rather talk about anything but Jesus. What can you do to reach them? You’re probably not going to get them to accept Jesus by the end of dinner. A direct frontal assault with facts isn’t going to work because many of them don’t want Christianity to be true. How about just planting and watering seeds—getting them to think about the claims of Christianity.

The True Birthdate of Jesus

Host: Noah W. Hutchings

Many Christians are reticent to observe Christmas because many of the events or celebrations associated with Christmas are of a secular or paganistic origin. However, let us consider: Is there anything about December 25 that Christians can in good conscience, set aside, or observe as being associated with the coming of Jesus Christ, or God’s love in sending His only Son in the form of human flesh to die for the sins of the world?

Our Onesimus Project

The Onesimus Prison Project is a special ministry to those men and women interred in prisons and jails and to the chaplains who minister to them. Onesimus was a runaway slave who belonged to Philemon, a Christian and a friend of the Apostle Paul's. Paul sent a letter to Philemon, asking Philemon to forgive Onesimus and receive him. This message of forgiveness and acceptance is a very important one to men and women incarcerated in prison.
