Our tours are educational in scope. Although there will be chances to shop along the way, shopping trips and free time will be limited. We know that this may be the only tour to Israel you ever take so we want you to be able to make the most of it
Days 1 & 2—November 8–9. Depart from Newark, NJ, on United Flight #UA90 at 11:00 p.m. and fly overnight directly to Ben Gurion Airport near Tel Aviv, Israel. Flight is approximately 11 hours. Meals served according to airline schedule. Upon arriving and passing through immigration and baggage we will immediately meet our guide and drive to the Leonardo Plaza Hotel Netanya for dinner and overnight.
Day 3—November 10. After a good night’s rest, we will rise early to enjoy our first Israeli buffet breakfast, then immediately board our bus to begin the tour. Our first stop will be Megiddo to view the future battleground of Armageddon (Rev. 16:16), Mount Carmel, Tabgha, Capernaum, Jordan River baptismal for those that wish to be baptized (robes and towels can be rented for $10.00). Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.
Day 4—November 11. After breakfast we will visit the Mount of Beatitudes, Chorazim, Tel Dan, Caesarea Philippi (Banias, named for the Greek god Pan), and Bethsaida. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.
Day 5—November 12. After breakfast, we will check out of our hotel and travel south toward Eilat, where we will visit Bet Shean, Qumran, Timna Park (Solomon’s copper mines, and the replica of the biblical tabernacle). Dinner and overnight at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Eilat.
Day 6—November 13. After breakfast, we will have a morning cruise and lunch on the Red Sea, with free time and shopping in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Eilat.
Day 7—November 14. After breakfast, we will check out of our hotel and travel north to visit the Ramon Crater Visitors Center, Avdat (the Nabatean town), Beersheba, and Tel Arad to visit the biblical high place and altar. Dinner and overnight at the David Dead Sea Hotel.
Day 8—November 15. After breakfast, we will check out of our hotel and continue north to visit Masada, Ein Gedi, Jericho, Wadi Kelt, St. George Monastery, and the Mount of Olives on our way to Jerusalem. Dinner and overnight Ramada Jerusalem Hotel.
Day 9—November 16. After breakfast, we will begin our tour of Jerusalem, where we will visit the Garden Tomb (which includes the Lord’s Supper), Garden of Gethsemane, Mount Zion, the Upper Room, King David’s Tomb, and the Western Wall. Dinner and overnight Jerusalem.
Day 10—November 17. Today we visit the Temple Mount, Church of St. Anne, Pools of Bethsaida, Via Dolorosa, Solomon’s Quarries, and Bethlehem, and then attend an evening light show at David’s Tower. Dinner and overnight Jerusalem.
Day 11—November 18. This morning after breakfast, we will check out of our hotel and begin our last day in Israel. We will visit the Yad Vashem, the Menorah at the Knesset, the Tower of David (the Citadel), the Jewish Quarter, the Cardo, the Broad Wall, the Herodian mansion, and then drive to the village of Abu Gosh for farewell dinner. After dinner, we will transfer to the airport to return home on United Flight #91.
Day 12—November 19. Arrive at Newark Airport about 4:30 a.m. and immediately collect our luggage and pass through passport control and customs for our connecting flights for home.

Total tour cost is $4,799.00 per person. $100.00 discount if paying by check.
Single Supplement: $950.00
Deposit: $200.00, refundable until May 28, 2018. A copy of your passport page is required with deposit. First payment of $2,400 (including deposit) due on or before May 28, 2018. Balance due by July 23, 2018.

International Carrier: United Airlines with special domestic add-on prices
Payment Schedule: Deposit of $200 due with registration papers; first half of tour cost due by May 28, 2018; remaining balance due by July 23, 2018.
Penalty Schedule for Cancellation: Deposit will be refunded until May 28, 2018 / $100 penalty until July 31, 2018 / $500 per person penalty until August 1, 2018 / 50% penalty until October 9, 2018 / 100% penalty after October 10, 2018.
Tour cost includes: Tour cost is based on double occupancy out of Newark, NJ, and includes international flights, Israeli guides, air-conditioned buses and drivers, deluxe hotels, luggage handling (one piece), current fuel surcharge, visas, taxes, sites, tips, and meals as noted in brochure. Additional fuel surcharges are possible at a later date.
Tour cost does not include: domestic flights; future fuel charges (if added); meals not included in brochure; beverages not included with meals (bottled water, soft drinks, etc.); tips for luggage over one piece per person; and trip cancellation insurance.
Tour insurance: $319 ($353 for single supplement)—The premium payment for travel insurance is non-refundable. This policy will cover pre-existing conditions if insurance is paid at the time of the final payment for the tour and you are not disabled from travel at the time you pay your premium. You must have a valid medical reason for not being able to travel. Failure to meet financial requirements before the deadline or deciding not to go are not valid reasons. Penalties will be administered according to the tour conditions as noted above. Upon request, a Travel Protection Plan brochure will be forwarded. Please note, this policy may not be purchased after you have made your final payment for your trip.
Passport: A valid passport is required to travel overseas. If you do not have a valid passport, apply IMMEDIATELY! It can take several weeks to receive your passport after application. The application can be expedited for an additional cost. Apply at your local main post office. Please note your passport must be valid for six months after completion of trip and must have two blank visa pages.
Tour Conditions: Read entire brochure concerning tour conditions, tour applications, and travel insurance information. After reading, fill out application and return one copy. Please keep one copy for your records. You will not be confirmed for the tour without a signed application in our files. Southwest Radio Ministries reserves the right to accept or decline tour members. Southwest Radio Ministries is not responsible for schedule changes for airlines, tour sites, and other elements of the tour beyond our control.
Domestic Travel: Tour cost does not include domestic airfare from your home city.
