Consider the Ant: Bug-Out Bags (DVD)

Consider the Ant is a Biblically based looked at emergency preparedness.  You will be taken through the steps necessary to prepare yourself for the unexpected.

The Bible is full of instances of God’s people preparing for emergencies.  Noah and Joseph are prime examples of men who obeyed God’s command to prepare for specific disasters.  There are plenty of general commands to prepare as well.  A good place to start is the book of Proverbs.  Look at Proverbs 21:20, 22:3 or 27:12 for some wisdom in this area.  Consider the Ant is a series of instructional videos about emergency preparedness from a biblical point of view.  While there is much fear mongering about preparing for emergencies, Consider the Ant reminds us of Paul’s words to Timothy, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” -II Timothy 1:7

In Bug-Out Bags, you will see several kits necessary for making an unexpected journey.  Our host will cover bug out bags, get home kits, and vehicle kits.  You will also hear answers to a variety of questions that will help you determine what items you need in your bug out bag and how to go about acquiring them.

Be the ant, not the grasshopper.
